About Your Chef
Having worked her way through the ranks of the professional kitchens in countries including France, England, Scotland and Hong Kong, she eventually came to the Alps to settle.
Carol has also worked on luxury yachts picking up tips from Mediterranean shores ; travelled extensively always searching for new culinary skills.
Wanting to put all her acquired experience and knowledge to good use she came up with the concept of ‘Chef at Home’ realising that people do not always want to venture out into the cold after a days skiing or rush home from apres ski to prepare dinner!
